Metabolic Testing

Wouldn't it be great to know how many calories you need each day to succeed with your weight management goals? A resting metabolic test given at Mercy Weight Management Center (MWMC) can measure exactly that! It's simple: all you do is relax and close your eyes during the test. You will breathe through a tube for approximately ten minutes while your resting metabolic rate is measured.

Afterward, you will receive a print-out that indicates how to use your Target Caloric Zone to maintain the energy balance needed to lose, gain or maintain your body weight!
