If your insurance company requires that you get a referral from your physician please make sure that your physician gives you that referral or calls our office at 1.866.935.5393 at least one day prior to your appointment. Contact your insurance company or consult your plan participant handbook to determine if you need a referral to receive services at the Mercy Eye Center.
