Dana’s Tropical Fruit Smoothie
A great summer refreshment.
Ingredients
1 15-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
8 cubes of ice
1 cup of orange juice
Directions
Combine
the first four ingredients in a blender.
Blend,
adding the orange juice, until the fruit reaches the consistency you like.
Yield: 2 servings.
Calories: 314
