Having a place to talk about those struggles can be helpful, so many organizations in Northwest Ohio have partnered with HealthSpan EAP, formerly known as the Mercy Employee Assistance Program, to provide free confidential counseling and coaching to employees and their immediate family members.
In the past, Mercy EAP and HealthSpan have each operated as separate entities within Catholic Health Partners, their parent organization. EAP services have been consolidated throughout Ohio under the HealthSpan name, which has meant delivery of the same high level of quality service to which Mercy EAP’s clients have grown accustomed as well as access to an even greater network of resources.
