Scheduling an appointment with one of our Employee Assistance Professionals is easy. During normal business hours, you may reach us at our main office number at 419.251.1444 or toll-free at 888.877.2362. Appointments are usually available within two business days. Evening hours are available at some of our office locations. In emergency situations, we will make every effort to schedule an appointment for you on the day that you call. If an emergency arises outside of normal business hours, Mercy EAP is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our answering service may be reached by calling our main office.
