Peach Crisp
Yield: 10 servings, about 1/2 cup each
Ingredients
2 16-ounce bags frozen unsweetened peaches
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ ground cloves
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
½ cup quick rolled oats
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Place peaches in an 8x8 baking dish. Add cornstarch; toss to mix evenly.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over peaches.
- Mix flour, sugar and spices.
- Stir margarine into oats; add flour mixture. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over peaches.
- Bake 45 minutes or until peaches are tender and top is lightly browned.
