Turkey Pasta Salad
Yield: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each
Ingredients
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1½ teaspoons dried chives
¼ cup salad dressing, mayonnaise-type, light
1 2/3 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/3 cup celery, thinly sliced
4 leaves salad greens
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- Stir chives into salad dressing.
- Mix macaroni, turkey, grapes and celery together lightly.
- Stir in salad dressing.
- Chill well. Serve on salad greens.
