Driving directions to the Sleep Disorders Centers
The Mercy Sleep Disorders Center at St. Anne is located in the hospital itself at 3404 West Sylvania Avenue. The Center is on the 2nd floor. It can be reached by calling 419-407-3400. For driving directions, see Mercy St. Anne Hospital.
The Mercy Sleep Disorders Center at St. Charles is also located in the hospital itself, at the corner of Navarre and Wheeling Avenue in Oregon. The Center is on the 5th floor of the North Building of the hospital. Once inside, there are multiple signs to direct you to the Sleep Center. For driving directions, see Mercy St. Charles Hospital.
