Procedure For Admission
Academic Year
Application materials must be received at the program by December 1 prior to the July entrance. The following should be sent to the Program Director:
- A completed application.
- Offical transcript(s) of college credits.
- Two letters of recommendation using either Student Reference Form or Printable Student Reference Form (Print and deliver this form to your reference).

Be aware that you waive your right to access this evaluation unless you notify your evaluator beforehand that you do not waive that right.The application cannot be evaluated until all of the above information is received. The applicant's eligibility for interview is determined by an evaluation, which considers grade point average and trends, courses completed, work experience, personal goals and reference information.
The interview is scored by members of the admissions committee. Qualities evaluated include: Personality characteristics, leadership, sincerity of purpose, knowledge of profession, adaptability, content of goals, and ability to communicate.
