Services - Pediatric Emergency Medicine

Providing pediatric emergency care specifically focused on the needs of children through the age of 17 and their families. The Center is a separate facility located within the Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center Emergency Department. The eight-bed unit includes its own triage and registration areas, and waiting and examination rooms specially designed and equipped for younger patients. The staff is made up of doctors, nurses and ancillary personnel who have received special training on the unique medical situations presented by children.

Hours of Operation

Daily 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Children requiring emergency treatment during other hours will be treated in the main Mercy St. Vincent Emergency Department.
