Description
|
Freedom From Smoking is a curriculum of the The American Lung Assn. designed to help smokers create a supportive environment to break the smoking addiction. Emphasis is on long-term freedom from tobacco. A professionally-trained facilitator and certified tobacco treatment specialist will offer the latest information on how to quit and stay quit. Developing an individual plan for quitting will guide smokers toward identifying the pitfalls of relapse and carefully plan to prevent them. This group approach uses positive thinking, alternative behaviors, one-on-one help and group support to insure success. Addiction can be broken. Even if you have quit smoking before and started again, FFS can help you reach the goal of becoming a non-smoker.
Registration is required. Deadline for registering is one week prior to the first scheduled class.
